This dancing institution is a pyramid scheme. The studio in Winter Park refused to allow me to cancel because I'm a few days outside my 30 day cancellation period even though I am a returning client. The fact that they would want people attending dance classes who clearly do not want to be there, is just bad business. The only thing this company has shown me is that they are more interested in making money than customer satisfaction. This is disappointing that they don't make a few days exception for even returning clients. This really put a bad taste in my mouth for this company. Please let me know if you can assist in providing me with a refund.
