Appalling, poor customer service.I had reached out to Australian Window Covering three timesFirst through the website lead form, second through email (yes, I do have evidence of this) and thirdly by ringing you guys (yes, also evidence of this call made). I booked in for someone to come out for a measure and quote for the whole house and specifically took a day off for this to be at home. Come 9.30am and no show. I had to call to only find out that they never took it seriously enough to record my details and the visit. How absolutely ridiculous, that I've reached out three times and even took the day off to be home for measure and quote and still no show! Very disappointed as I was looking forward to AWC based on the reviews I've read. I even overlooked the fact that there was no follow up twice to my enquiry.
