So we recently booked a private tour for Europe for 3 weeks with this agency and we were extremely disappointed with them(Travel coordinator: Avnesh and Dushyant) . We were family of 5 and none of us were happy with the tour. Firstly, MOST of the hotels were away from the city center. They were atleast 15 mins by cab/bus one way. So we had to spend alot of money UNNECESSARILY everytime to reach the center of the city.Secondly, in venice, the agency gave us a hotel IN SOME OTHER CITY (Mestre) , which was 30 mins away from the main city. So we had to incur about 80-100 euros one way to reach the MAIN CITY. Also, when we inquired about it with them and asked for compensation for extra travel cost that we are incuring they replied that they are ready to compensate 5-6 EUROS per person (Agent's name: Avnesh). CAN YOU IMAGINE? After spending so much money they were ready to compensate 5-6 euros for all the trouble it caused us.Thirdly, we specifically asked them for 4 stars hotels for all the cities but we got 3 stars hotel in few cities. All these conversations are in mail. So In short please dont ruin your hard earned money by booking a tour with them. This is not the first time I'm hearing bad stuff about them. Please look somewhere else.
