I was really pleased with Bactronix. I had another company come out and tell me that they would have to rip out the drywall 3' from the bottom all the way across the wall and then I would have to have someone come in and replace it when they were done. Bactronix came in and felt that they could remediate the mold without removing the drywall. They believed that the mold was only on the surface and only that needed treated. They were half the price of the other company. I had the option of getting my ductwork cleaned and treated also, at an additional cost, which I opted to do. Even with the additional cost of the ductwork cleaning and treatment, Bactronix was still $500 less than the first company's estimate and I didn't have to replace any drywall. Bactronix also certifies the work and guarantees it for a year. I like that because if they were wrong and it was more than just on the surface, it will show back up within that year. Then they will come back free of charge. I highly recommend Bactronix for any mold problem.

Jack came out and did a great job, moved things that needed to be moved and was here and gone in 2 hrs (what he told me would be the time needed). Strongly recommend. Mold and mildew in garage and basement were result of minor flooding.

I had Bill Schultz come to my house to do an inspection/estimate for my attic, basement and even my HVAC vents. His approach is one that is very thorough and easy to understand. He advised me of my options and was not a typical/annoying/try to get the sale type of guy which my wife and I really appreciated. The work was completed in the time frame I was quoted and for the price that was given. I have since referred Bill and the Bactronix team to friends and customers of mine with confidence. Do not hesitate to Bactronix if you have any questions about potential mold issues or have had recent water issues in your home or business.....

The guys came to our house to test and determined the levels were thru the roof ... Way too high for mold on the basement ... A few weeks later they came back , very polite and professional, treated out whole house and things have been so much better since. No more mold!
