TL:DR Online ordering was easy and convenient, the food was excellent (tasted great, had wonderful colors and aroma), imitation meat or just vegetables gives many options for vegetarians, and the spice levels are accurate so be take care ordering the hotter options. Online ordering was a big plus so that I didn't have to keep switching between talking on the phone and trying to look down at what I want to order. Had to create an account, but it was relatively painless and they sent a text and email telling me how long until it would be ready. Unfortunately I got held up and didn't arrive at the restaurant until after closing, but they still had my food ready and kept it warm for me; they didn't give me any fuss about it.The food was great, everything was seasoned well and included the necessary flavors of Thai cuisine (salty, sweet, spicy, and sour). Everything smelled great when I picked it up and even better once I got home and opened it up. Everything was bright and colorful, just looking at it made me confident it would be good. Vegetables were cooked perfectly, with satisfying crunches and snaps. I really enjoyed all the dishes I tried and definitely will need to come back and have a few more.I usually ask for my dishes to be the spiciest they can make it, but decided to do a 6/8 on one dish and a 4/8 on another, and I'm glad I didn't do the 8/8. I really like spicy and can handle heat, but true "Thai-hot" food is a challenge. Most Thai restaurants do not get to Thai-hot when you ask for the hottest option, but from my experience it seems like an 8/8 here would be actual Thai-hot.I decided to go for the vegetarian "chicken", and it did have a pretty good texture, slightly chewier, but overall good. I'm sure the real meat dishes are even better, but I was impressed with this imitation meat. It worked very well in the yellow curry, could barely tell it wasn't meat and it was good in the fried rice but was definitely more obvious that it was not true meat. Very satisfied, will be visiting again

Cozy atmosphere with friendly service and short waiting time for food! Lunch portions are cost-friendly but still generous! Received food within 10 minutes of ordering. Overall, very happy with my first experience here.
