horrible horrible!!! About a year ago they had no ceramic briquettes in stock in the entire company and said it would be months until they got them in!! This was at prime bbq season. Unacceptable!! I went on Amazon and got something comparable but they don't fit quite right. Now here it is a year later I want to order the trays that hold the ceramic briquettes and guess what??? Once again out of stock and won't have it for months!!!!! Again unacceptable!!! I'd love to rip the darn built in bbq out and get something that has parts and briquettes available!! GRRRRR!!!
