As a brand new dog owner, was very impressed with the friendly staff who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful while trying to pick the perfect food for my baby ! I'd recommend this location to all!

My dog Charlie loves seeing Juliana Mejia so much I had to follow her to Bark and Fitz when she left her last location. Charlie is a sassy dog who's a little fussy with his paws after a bad experience but Juliana has been working with him for the past (at least) 3 years to help him feel more comfortable during grooming. Juliana always listens to my concerns and is very caring towards Charlie. It's nice knowing that Charlie is always safe and stress free during the groom and also looks amazing after!

The prices, at one point, were a little high but now I find them more reasonable than Pet Valu. Worth going out of your way for, especially when you add in the exceptional customer service.

A good experience overall. But when we walked in, the girl was behind the counter using her cell phone texting. Just an observation which does not look good when customers walk in. Nice wholesome product though!

The service at this location is beyond all other locations product knowledge in customer service supersede all other bark and Fitz locations highly recommend this one
