The studio is underground and without windows, but they do what they can with aesthetic! Warm and welcoming staff. Bathroom is shared with other building tenants and not the cleanest, and the studio is without showers. Changing rooms only. Classes are challenging, but only 50 minutes instead of the industry standard of 60. Conveniently close to the loop.

I'm obsessed with BBF. I've been coming consistently for 2+ years now and I've never felt better. The classes are always fresh and challenging. I have a lot of injuries from being a gymnast for many years and the instructors have been great about helping me figure out challenging modifications. I love the energy and encouragement that BBF instructors provide. Just when I'm feeling like I can't go on they say something to make me push myself harder than ever. I can not say enough great things about BBF. Plus, the classes never get easier because there's always a way to push yourself further. It makes going regularly rewarding and fun.

After one visit I'm definitely feeling the affects of the Barre Bee Fit method. Located in the basement of an office building, the gym has a nice setup with two studios and complimentary lockers. This was my first experience with a barre class and I had an overall positive experience. The instructor was positive and upbeat, the classroom was spacious and you can hear the instructor from anywhere in the room. I think they can improve on the flow of the workouts, it was strange to go from cardio to stretching to upper body exercises, and adding mirrors to all sides of the room. All in all, I'll be back to take their other classes.

I have been a loyal client since the beginning and let me tell you, not only am I in the best shape of my life, but I have given up Spanx! The classes are constantly changing and are always challenging. The instructors are super friendly and approachable, not aloof and cold like some studios,
