Did the total body conditioning class in the morning. It felt great and I was sore in the best way. Staff were very welcoming and the instructor took the time to answer my questions after class. Haven't used it yet but I'm a little weary of trying a morning-before-work class since they only have one shower and I'm not sure if people use it often and if I'd have to wait. Still, a very convenient location since I work across the street and it's well-priced for being on Michigan Ave. They offer a variety of classes too.

I've been to other Barre classes and this was pretty lack luster. I felt like I was in an 80s pilates class to be frank. Facility is good - although kinda tucked away - almost couldn't find it! They have lockers which is nice, but not a great changing area. If you need something low impact, this is definitely the place for you.
