Limited learning opportunities, no respect for their employees and no cordial relations between employee-employer Poor work environment. Too much office politics and management also take active participation in this. Very Minimal pay and which credited in your account by 18-19 of every month Termination without any warning andNo help from HR dept and seniors because nobody want to spoil their image in front of top authorities. They only know how to eat employee career. Abusing by Mr. Vinay Gupta(MD) and Varun gupta is so common and they even don’t respect female employees and abuse everyone by B****** and M***** commonly. Employees are forced to post 5-star reviews.
