I was struggling to lose weight after menopause. Nothing I tried seemed to work. I felt that it must have something to do with the change in hormones after menopause and was very excited when I saw the commercial about BeBalanced. So far, I have lost 34 pounds in the 3 months that I have been doing the program. The staff is so very nice and helpful. They are with you every step of the way. I recommend this program!

I have found out recently of a health issue where i could not be on the program anymore, which i was only 2 weeks into, they are refusing to give money back . I even ensured they could hear it from my doctor and still wont. I initially came to help with hormone issues, ive had a menstrual cycle for 5 months straight and which over the phone was told they could help. I havent stopped yet. Of course i know it may still be early yet but due to the time its been going on for i need to do something and thats medically. So ive gotten no initial results from program that i came for and in fact if you have a low thyroid level this will worsen it, and theyre still refusing to give me a refund. Find a company who cares about you and not your wallet because obviously its not cheap. And theyre just taking it , no matter my position or that im a stay at home mom .

I learned a lot about hormones relative to weight loss (this is seldom given attention in "diet plans"). I lost 15lbs in 1 month and had great energy! Very informative with great support from the staff.

BeBalanced is life changing! The staff at Lancaster BeBalanced is wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and supportive. I lost 29 pounds my first month and after only 7 months I've already lost almost 120 pounds! I can't thank Nicola and BeBalanced enough for my new life....and my journey has just begun!!😀

Almost to goal after 45 pound weight loss. I found Nicola and the staff at BeBalanced to be knowledgeable, friendly, staunchly encouraging and a joy to work with. The program is easy to follow (I did cheat on occasion, sorry, Nicola....), but I was able to get back on track and continue with the program. I have 8 more pounds to go and I will hit my goal of wanting to lose 50 pounds. Even at 57, you can lose the weight.
