I was totally ignored by the staff. I wandered around the floor stock and saw nothing that was in my price range and nothing that looked like the basic ensemble I was looking for. It was bewildering and I was upset.There was only two other customers in the shop, and they were together, and they had a salesman looking after them. I walked out after 10 minutes without even making eye contact with the staff. I saw another bed shop across the carpark and went in there and was well served by the staff. I had made my purchase there within 15minutes.

Poor customer service. People are not friendly and prices are expensive. They sound unconfident about their product. I asked them why do they have so bad reviews. They said that they don't care. It is as it's. Even their basic range doesn't have much options. We liked one bed frame and the price was $4,000 and the funniest part is that similar design is also available at Ikea with 1/5th of their price and better customer service at least.

Absolutely fantastic service, thank you Steve!I rang at 9am to order a replacement mattress as mine was ruined when it rained in overnight. Steve was able to recommend a comparable mattress to my old one that they had in stock (floor stock). He was also able to arrange to get it on the truck for delivery that morning. Two hours later I had a new mattress.

fantastic service and very knowledgeable. Also very honest and that is hard to find. Looking forward to my new bed and mattress. Thinking of buying another mattress as was so good. Not even going to look elsewhere.
