The Benetrends team are awesome. They made it easy for my wife and I to convert portions of our 401K into a "Rollover business startup". We were able to utilize these funds to purchase the property where the business is located and access additional capital to build and operate our company during the startup phase. They handled all the corporate filings and even created a profit sharing program for us and our employees. I was initially skeptical about using Benetrends, or any sort of "broker", but they really did make the process easy. The paperwork was relatively painless and 5-10 term sheets came back within a few days. Much easier than pounding the pavement and meeting/calling potential lenders.
