I regret to say that the bagels and spreads are sub-par. Not terrible, but enough to make you demand, "you call these bagels?" If my 3-star rating is at all harsh, it is more reflective of the chain as a whole than for this location specifically. To be fair, this location is not as bad as the (former) Plaza del Prado location, which unsurprisingly closed down years ago. I remember the food from that former location did not quite agree with my digestive system. Maybe the bagels were too starchy, or they used too much garlic or oil, or the cream cheese was no good. This Big Apple location is not even that bad, but Einstein's is way better.

They are absolutely the best! Bagels are delicious and their customer service can’t be beat! I highly recommend checking out their muffins and sandwiches as well. Enjoy!
