Usually I love Biggby but this experience was not great. I should have know better than to order this sandwich when the barista told me they never have enough avocado for their sandwiches because the staff always forgets to thaw out the avocado. WHATTT???? She rolled her eyes as she said it as if she was frustrated that it was not done that day already and explaining to me they could split up what they did have for avocado and put it on two sandwiches (as I had originally ordered) And the photo shows the sandwich I DID NOT EAT and I am sure you can understand why. Gross. Who in their right mind would put this on a sandwich and serve it to someone. I would be MORTIFIED. (Kalamazoo West Main location)

I received a defective Biggby mug for Christmas. It leaks between the two walls. I presented it at the store on My Hope and Hagadorn and was told "I will look into what we can do". Have not received any return call from that store. Called "corporate" and heard their message that if I wanted to speak with a real person to press 0. I did and had to leave a message. Have not received a call back from them either. Not real happy with the Jim existent customer service. Thanks Biggby for nothing! This company is very disappointing.
