I utilized PPW for a garage floor wash. The expectations were not fully met initially. However, management reached out and wanted to make it up and prove the quality of their work. They did a second smaller job as a courtesy for not fully meeting my expectations and they did a very good job. I would recommend this service.

Real happy with the house, but right now not very happy with oil stain on driveway from your truck. It would have been a 5 star except for stain.Upon fast response from Perfect Power Wash, I am very satisfied with their service and would like to give them a 5 star rating both for house washing and excellent customer service

My home looks amazing after the power wash - and the best part was I didn't need to be there!! Everything I asked was accommodated from the phone order to the finished product. I will DEFINITELY use this company again. Thank you Perfect Power Wash well done!

Looks great!I'm concerned about some of my shrubs in one area of my yard though, they are coated with some sort of residue. I hosed them down right away, but it didn't make any difference. very old established plantings, i sure hope they aren't damaged!UPDATE: They came back and cleaned off all the coated plants, all turned out great!

The washing went well and the rep was professional. But I was told I was going to be first on their list in the morning for service as part of the sale as I wanted to be home for the cleaning ( I know you don’t have to be home ), but I did not hear from PPW the entire morning until the rep gave me a text a couple mins before noon. At this point I had waited all morning for them and had obligations for the afternoon that I had to leave the home. When the rep looked at his notes it said that they were supposed to come out first thing and have the job done in the morning and apologized for that not happening even though they had notes in their system and couldn’t explain the communication breakdown

My original review is below. I have to say that PPW stepped up to the plate and made it right. They came back out to rework some of the trouble spots. In addition, the president reached out to me personally and has been willing to perform additional follow up work. More companies need to be this responsive and care this much about their reputation. Thanks PPW. I would now recommend your services for sure.---- Original Post Below ----The tech that performed our work was very friendly and professional. However, the results left me feeling like I paid a lot for mediocre results. Deck still had moss on it and underneath built-in benches was not cleaned. (Tech said not all the moss could be removed but I don’t know why. Seems it would just take some additional scrubbing). Gutters still had black streaks (I was told they could not be removed, however, I know they can as I have done it before. It just takes a little more time and scrubbing. I’m going to have to do them myself anyway - Krud Kutter and a soft bristle brush). Our front porch address sign was cracked - presumably by the pressure washer. (Was a custom made ceramic piece - it can be glued back together - but disappointing nonetheless. The entire gable over our back porch was not cleaned at all.I was hesitant to use a commercial cleaning company in lieu of doing it myself. I didn’t want to give up the time to do it but now will have to do rework anyway. So I’m out the money and will be out the time too.

Out experience with Perfect Power Wash was wonderful. Easy to schedule, price was reasonable and did not change from the estimate given, and the technician Josh, was very informative, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. He did a wonderful job, was considerate of our specific requests and we are so pleased with the results. We would recommend Perfect Power Wash to anyone. The only flaw in the entire process was that we did not get a "heads up" notification as promised that they were on their way until I called just 2 minutes before the technician arrived. Josh said he had given the dispatch notice that he was on his way but that was never conveyed to us by the system. Other than that it was an exemplary interaction. Thank you so much!
