Great payment service. Any issue I have ever had has always been fixed right away with their service department. When I have called, the phone is always answered by a friendly person. Definitely recommend using their services.

I started with Bluefin because they synchronized seamlessly with another software program I was using. Just to be sure, I compared other merchant fees and it turns out Bluefin was a really good deal! The only downside is that there are multiple websites you have to create accounts with in order to look at your monthly statements.

We have been with Blue Fin Payments for over 5 years and have been very pleased with their products and services. We appreciate the fact that their PayConex gateway seamlessly integrates with our donor management software.We are particularly pleased with Blue Fin's PCI-validated P2PE solution that allows us to securely process offline credit/debit card transactions directly into our donor system. This has minimized our PCI scope and simplified our card processing.Blue Fin's fee structure is extremely reasonable and, over the years, they have proven to be a reliable and valued partner for our non-profit organization.

Bluefin works seamlessly with my practice software and gives us no security concerns. We use credit card processing for over half of our income and compared to other business owners pay far less then they due in fees.
