Very unaccommodating with scheduling changes. Still charging you to reschedule. A wonderful way to get me to never be your customer. Response: My name is Valerie, I am in your system. I was really looking forward to coming in because of the wonderful things I've heard. I understand a charge is an industry standard however I was asking for an understanding to reschedule for even later in the day or at the next possible. But there was no willingness to work with me and truly no positive customer service. From that experience I am basing my reviewing and the reason I won't get to be a customer.
