Showed up an hour before closing time and even though it says walk-ins are welcome they rudely turned me away. I politely mentioned that I’d be very grateful and generous to the stylists and tilted her head in arrogant fashion and said, I’m sorry sir we are all booked up. I guess being able to lock the door at exactly is more important then taking care of a great customer. Another $50 haircut and at least that in a tip wasn’t desired. Good luck. Making the Southlake Town Center rent factor work with that kind treatment. Absolutely clueless cashier !!! How dare you !
