I was very impressed with the haircut that Maria gave my son on our first visit to the salon. He has really thick hair and a difficult cowlick, so some stylists have difficulty with his hair. I asked about getting his neck shaved (typical teenager - his personal hygiene isn't his primary concern) and they told me it would be an additional $40. So I passed. They gave me a brochure upon leaving. I was surprised to see that under the Express hair service (which is what I paid for) it said "precision neck shave" as one of the services included, yet neither the stylist or the nice young woman at the front desk seemed to be aware this should have been included in his services. Disappointed that they don't know what each of their hair services include. They only have two hair services, so it's not like trying to memorize War and Peace. LOL. I will give high marks for the cleanliness, staff friendliness, the decor of the salon and skill of the stylist.
