About - Boostability, Inc
Kelly Shelton, CEO
2600 Ashton Boulevard, Suite 300 | Lehi, Utah, 84043 Boostability was created in January 2009 with the idea of creating affordable and effective SEO services for the small business marketplace.
This was a revolutionary concept because SEO companies in general have avoided marketing to small businesses because they were not able to provide an effective service for the budgets that small businesses could afford and they were not able to deliver a scalable service that was profitable. Boostability founders saw this challenge as a tremendous opportunity, they set out to do what no SEO company has been able to do, deliver cost effective SEO services that produce results. Our primary operation is to partner with organizations that service small and local businesses and who want to provide quality SEO to their clients.

Overall Feedback:
I am not impressed with these guys. When we first started the agreement, they told me their plan was to optimize a sales page for one of my products. Right off the bat I was not so confident in this plan. It was my cheapest product, it was a sales page without an email capture, and google analytics clearly shows that I do not sell products by people directly landing on my sales pages. They land elsewhere, get emails from me, then eventually buy after developing a relationship with me. They assured me that this was their best plan and we decided to move forward anyways. In two months they got one of my main keyword to improve. However the second main keyword has gotten much worse, and none of the other keywords have improved at all. Also, kind of shady, my dashboard shows a keyword that is not actually mine, and it shows my ranking on the first page of google for it. I am not ranking anywhere on google for this keyword. When I let them know they responded that this was a glitch and that they would fix it. They have not fixed it and I can't help but wonder if this is some thing they do to make the numbers look better than they actually are. Also a few small things worth mentioning. When they sent out the welcome email, they said I'd receive a call letting me know how to use their dashboard for me. This never happened. They also said that I could expect a review call monthly so we could talk about the plan and progress and how things are going. This also never happened. I just don't think these guys are experts in this field, nor are they that on the ball. Of course that is my opinion, but I do know from the facts that they have not helped me at all.
