Brightstar has proven itself to our family with flying colors. We have been using their services for a handful of years now. The clinical care has been excellent. We value the knowledge, dependability and consistency in personnel , all of these things impact the well being of elderly patients. We are most grateful and as a result of the relationship and their services - we don't worry because our loved one is in good hands. We have also been impressed with our dealings with the staff at Brightstar. They are responsive, professional, and caring. A winning combination for any business. Thank you Brightstar! The first time I used a fill-in caregiver from Bright Star was about four years ago. I did so recently, and I plan to do it again soon. I learned that all caregivers from Bright Star are at least certified nursing assistants (CNAs). That especially got my attention. So, I looked into it a bit further.CNAs are trained and state-certified. There are about 21 things that CNAs are expected to do well. I get the sense that CNA training is designed to keep the patients safe, healthy, and clean. Illinois’ message is clear: Caring for the elderly is a big responsibility.For me, Bright Star stands out for its ability to find and place quality caregivers, many times on a very short notice.

Excellent care, service, professionalism, and personal care was given to our loved one, through Brightstar Gurnee, during a great time of need. We also appreciated how the Brightstar team worked well with Journey Care and other staff. We highly recommend Brightstar Gurnee.

I have worked with Brightstar for about 9 months trying to staff our many locations of Clearbrook. I work directly with Christy McLean, Christy works diligently trying to find staff for us, as many people know facilities like ours are in a staffing crisis right now. Brightstar has staffed our Day program for months now with at least 5 out of the 6 staff that have been needed, also filling in gaps at our 16 bed ICF on an consistent basis. The Brightstar staff that have been sent to us have been great qualified staff, also working with Christy, she is always helpful, positive, friendly, we talk nearly everyday and I am grateful for her and Brigtstars help. I would definitely recommend using Brightstar for your staffing needs !
