My trainer Vikas Malik is the only reason I love to visit gym on a regular basis. His impeccable techniques have given me the transformation that I could never achieve earlier. Keep rocking Vikas.I also agree there are many problems from the management perspective, gym maintenance is very poor; broken shower, broken dumbles, pathetic music(Baby doll main soney di, are you kidding!!) broken treadmills. You keep complaining about such things they won't listen to you.
