I want to commend the baker/server at Brumbys, Epsom Village, Shane, for his customer service. I was pleasantly surprised with his help when I told him I had been unable to register my Brumby store card online and he offered to do it for me using the store tablet. I thought this action went above normal customer service. I also want to commend him on his friendly and helpful manner. In general, I have found the staff very pleasant when interacting with customers.
