I rented a queen bed set and was delivered a queen Mattress and king bed rails so I had to climb over like a foot of metal for about a week before I received the correct bed rails

The staff was great, friendly and courteous. The only problem was that I did not receive my furniture on set delivery date. I did not even get a courtesy call to say that they were not coming. Otherwise service was great.
