Our company has been a satisfied Buildingstars customer since 2010. Prior to this point, we had worked with several other vendors. Generally after a good kick-off ,we would begin to experienced performance issues and worse yet frequent no-shows within a short period of time. This has not been the case with Buildingstars and have had a solid consistent performance over the last 8 years. I frequently work after business hours and their team is always professional and courteous when working in our office. They are also very accommodating if we have special needs.

My company has worked with Buildingstars for several years now. I've been impressed countless times by their customer service and how much they care about our business. The cleaning crew for our building have grown to be familiar faces we get to see at the end of the day and are very friendly and polite. Our crew has even gone above and beyond several times coming in during their time off just to be sure everything was okay when we had a clogged mop sink. They are extremely easy to work with and ask for feedback to be sure they are always doing a great job. Highly recommend!

We sent our property out for bid in 2012. BuildingStars was the only company that came out, measured, asked what we wanted done daily, weekly, and monthly. They were very knowledgeable and interested in our property and what we wanted done. By being in a building in downtown St Louis it is hard to get a good cleaning company. If we ask for something special to be done, it gets done. I have not had any issues with BuildingStars since they started with us. We have great communications at all times. I give BuildingStars 5 stars, because of the communication and their surprise inspections. Keeps everyone on their toes.

Building Stars has cleaned our Medical Clinic and Administration offices for the past 8 years; even working through renovations. Our janitor and his immediate supervisor are always available to us.Building Stars takes pride in their work and strives to meet all of our expectations. Remember, the appearance of your facility says a lot about the way you run your business!
