I'll be sticking with the Westchase location from now on. The Carollwood location always messes my order up. Ordered two burgers, one medium and the other medium rare. Both were well done and bone dry. The fries were anything but crispy, despite me asking for extra crispy x 3. The whole order was terrible. You spend $30, you expect something to at least be edible.
