Service was slow. They did not give fries which I had ordered and when asked the person replied rudely I had not ordered. After verifying with the receipt and order they brought it with no apology whatsoever. The Fried Chicken Burger was okay.

I was really excited to try this place! Looked forward to it for hours. Myself and 3 family members went together. So here’s what happened. Well, my uncle (visiting from LA) was asking a question about menu item. We weren’t inside the building for an entire 60 seconds when somebody who appeared to be “in charge” comes out from the back and says “alright, let’s go. Let’s decide what we want to eat”Keep in mind there is one woman eating by herself And no one else in the place. At 2pm. My uncle made some light joke about being from New York and needing a minute to decide. He basically told him to leave the restaurant. I’ll give the guy the benefit of the doubt and assume that’s just a yankee joke with poor delivery. My uncle actually laughs and says “well, I actually live in Los Angeles”The man behind the counter said (and I almost lost my damn mind) “oh L.A.? Man I’m so happy about all those fires!” He made another mean spirited comment, but I wasn’t really listening. I was trying to comprehend how somebody could possibly say that to another human being as a representative of a company. My brother and I made the decision to get our party out of there before things escalated and something bad happened.This individual needs to be removed from the establishment immediately. I will never set foot in one of these places again. Specially because of him. I do not go out and spend my money to hear somebody talk about being happy that people are losing everything. (And at least one fatality)This was totally unprovoked, disgusting, hateful, uncalled for and I’ll do my best to make sure no one I know ever visits this establishment. A business is only as good as its employees.

this place has absolutely amazing burgers and I really enjoy the bottle caps (fried jalapeños), they also have a huge variety of hot sauces as well. the staff and management are friendly and professional. the beer selection is diverse from local brewery's to imports and domestics, plus the live music give this place a unique vibe!

Was there when the original manager and owner was there LOVED the service and interaction. Made it a point to go weekly. Visiting now, under new management (2nd or 3rd visit now). New management and personnel not as personable but it's still not a bad quiet place to get a good hearty burger.
