To the Miami Burger King: This is not your BUrger King however it shows the main office is in Miami & I hav already called & nothing has been done. I am just trying to ensure this gets to someone who sees how horrible this Burger King is.I want to start by saying I was forced to give this star. This Burger King has no phone, the employees say the owner is cheap & does not want to pay for it, you cannot run a business with no phone. They also run out of Dr. Pepper constantly & then when they do have Dr. Pepper They serve it to you out of a pitcher & it is flat & hot. They do not listen to their customers, we CONSTANTLY have orders that are wrong this town is small so there are not a lot of options as far as eating out, so we gave them a few chances. However this is the last straw. I called the 800 # as you cannot call the store, the 800# took my complaint & gave me a case # I still have not spoke with anyone regarding this. I am also going to the main BUrger King site as well to add this info there also. There was not supposed to cheese on either burger, one burger was mayo, ketchup, pickle & onion, one burger was supposed to be no tomatos, as you can see they got it wrong AGAIN!

Horrible, nasty and unprofessional! This store should be shut down.Why are the stores in urban areas so nasty and poorly maintained. The manager is unprofessional!! The lines are extremely long! You have no respect for the community but you take our money!! I am reporting your store to the PA Board of Health and the Mayors Office. You need to fire everyone and start over again. Burger King you should be ashamed of youself!! Improve your store or close it down. Your managers are doing poory. Your rating is 0.

Just opened a business in Opa,Locka, and thought I would see what food places were around so I decided on BK my favorite " What an Attitude !!!!! I just left your location in Opa Locka at 13705 NW 27th avenue , and couldn't believe how your employees act.When I pulled up I was told 3X sorry for the delay we'll be right with you.I understood and waited when she finally took my order .Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers plain with a value meal onion and value frozen drink.When she gave me the total I thought something was wrong and asked were she said with an attitude you didn't order any onion rings, I said I did she said u didn't and I said OK can you add them on ?And with such an attitude gave me my change not even the receipt.When I pulled up to get the food they asked me what I ordered so I told them , hello isn't it in the computer , but I didn't say anything cause I just wanted to get out of there, I asked jokingly to the employee whats wrong with your friend who takes the order and she just shrugged her head,then when I pulled away I noticed the frozen drink was not frozen you could tell it was the end of machine where it tasted nasty.I think you guys should do an undercover boss and put people to work who really want to work, not people with attitudes like there doing us a favor being there !Never return to that locationJim Forman

the worst place where I have eaten in a long time. The person who took me the order took me very badly, does not know how to deal with clients properly. The worst thing that could happen to me in my day. I never go back and the horrible food !!!!! worst
