This place is an absolute joke. This store seems to have the worst management/ staff team in the entire world. Supervisors are incompetent and useless servers are worthless i might as well take my own order and put it into the kitchen. the lady with the red hair seems to hate the entire store because she could care less about the customers. the only good part about their whole team is their hardworking dessert crafters, especially the young woman with the hijab, she carried the entire store on her back. i used to come here often and it seems like much of their older staff has left, and i could see why. Wouldn’t even recommend to my worst enemy
