Premade paninins coffee was delicious. Gelato was Devine. But when it came to interacting with the serving staff it was less than impressionable. They seemed very snooty. It's not the best neighbourhood. I live two blocks down and I don't fancy Tim Horton or 7/11 coffee so I tried this one. I'll try it again and make it my usual coffee joint but I wish the service could improve

Very discriminating, racist, snotty, and rude. They staff made my boyfriend feel very unwelcome with snide looks. Will never go back to the downtown location again. Was not a good vibe at all

My boyfriend and I would like to thank Von for an awesome night learning to make pizza! Von demonstrated and explained all aspects well, sharing valuable tips and tricks to enhance our knowledge and understanding of his trade. Also, his friendly dementor and humor added to our enjoyable experience. We had a great time and look forward to cooking with him again in the near future.

I still love this place. Lots of natural light and it's a place where neighbours meet to catch up. The food and service are superb.

I booked a class for my mom and I to attend. The day of the event, I received an e-mail saying the class was canceled due to not enough people booking it. I understand things like these happen, and it wouldn't make sense for them to host the class if it is not worthwhile. However, when i asked for the funds back, I was told Gift Certificates are non-refundable, but i would get a credit on my account. I never purchased a Gift Certificate. I purchased a class that got cancelled. I initially emailed for a refund March 13. It is March 27th and I still don't know if I am getting my money back.
