HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEI called to place an order and they told me they had the items available in the store, however since the items were listed online, that she could not take my order without the owners consent and that the owner wasn't there.this was the strangest thing, I asked if she could call the owner and ask out she could take my order, she told me that the owner would be back in a week, that if I wanted the items that I can come to the store. I explained to her that the store is almost 2 hours away, that I really needed the items for a party. she said regardless I can't sell you the items because shipping would be too much, I said it's ok I will pay it, I was only ordering 5 small packs of 4oz fondant, how much can the shipping be.I was shocked that she would even mention this about the shipping, as they have an online store and customers pay for shipping the items.. needless to say she refused to sell me the items, and I had to find another online store to but them from and paid $8 for shipping.
