Feedback:

I like the fact that my dog is not in a cage all day and is socializing with other dogs. In addition, I appreciate their Web Cams so that I can check in on how she is doing.

Feedback:

My dog was only there 2 hours but long enough to get kennel cough!!! Never ever had that until she went there. Glad she jumped their fence so I didn't enroll her. Especially for $29 per day. I have since found a better daycare for $17.50.

Feedback:

Super friendly staff. But like everyone else in the region, they don't have a large area outside to play in for the dogs. But that's due to real estate constraints. Great place for your pooch.

My dog loves it and always comes home tired

Feedback:

I have been sadly disappointed by Camp Bow Wow Westminster in the last few months. Their customer service is close to none. Our dogs have gone to several other locations. Westminster has definitely been the least memorable experience. The staff is consistently rude. They are abrupt and not friendly. I always feel like I am inconveniencing them when I call or ask questions at the front desk. I often cannot get a hold of them when calling to make reservations (they don’t answer or return voicemails). It is disappointing because we have been customers of Camp Bow Wow for many years and they offer a great service. For the price, there are much better doggy day care and boarding facilities in town.

Who would have ever thought my Yorkie would wag his tail and run for the door... true story! Jake Murphy loves camp bow wow.

Feedback:

We had a terrible experience at this Camp Bow Wow. First, it was extremely difficult to get a hold of someone throughout the booking process, which took over a week to confirm. From there, we sent out vaccination records via email over a week in advance, to which we received no response. Our dog had stayed at a Camp Bow Wow in Kansas weeks prior, so that didn’t raise any concerns. However, the morning we arrived we were told that one of the shots was required every 6 months instead of the typical year we’ve experienced, which was done 8 months ago. We appreciate being diligent with up-to-date shots, however the lack of communication was extremely frustrating as we could’ve got the vaccination if notified after the email was sent. The staff member was not empathetic to our situation and couldn’t have cared less. I would suggest finding other arrangements for your dog.

Feedback:

The upside here is that the staff seem to know what they're doing and care very much about the dogs--it certainly can't be over stated how valuable that is.However, the entire building smells like dog urine; it's acrid and overpowering and impossible to escape or ignore. I knew from the moment I walked through the front doors that I would not bring my dog to Camp Bow Wow, solely due to the overwhelming stench.

Feedback:

The staff is great, they really love my pup!!! The training lady is a bit rude and pushy and said things about my nephew pup that didn't match what the other people told me every day. Felt like a ploy to train. But her aside.....love the workers!!!
