Feedback:

Great place! My dog loved it here!

Feedback:

Had an excellent day taking my dogs to the camp. I brought both dogs in for their interviews and left feeling great. The staff worked with me and my dogs to make sure we were both comfortable. They explain every step of the process and why it happens. This was reassuring for me as well. The ability to watch the interview process happen in real time is great as well. I left my dogs their for 4 hours and when I picked them up they were happy and tired. I would fully recommend this Camp Bow Wow location as it exceeded all my expectations.

Feedback:

Been bringing my pup here for a few weeks. Service and facility are EXCELLENT. Clean space, friendly and professional staff. They take good care of my baby! The ONLY reason I took away one star is because during rush times, it can take over 20 minutes for them to get my dog when I'm picking him up. That's a little too much time to be waiting but I can be patient since they treat him so well. Just be prepared to wait between the times of 5:30-6:30pm on busy days.

Feedback:

So personable!! Everyone has a passion to make sure our pets are happy and safe :)

Feedback:

I brought my dog, Cricket, for his first day, and it was amazing! The staff was so patient with him and his stranger danger anxiety, and I was amazed at how quickly he adjusted. Everyone was so nice and professional, and they truly know dogs and how to interact with them! I feel that my dog will truly be safe playing here. I love their behavior policies and how they handle any problems. The web came are a great bonus! There was so much peace of mind because I could check in, see he was having a blast, and that he was in good hands. I'm so happy I switched to this day camp! He came home very happy and very tired, which I loved. Thanks for taking great care of my baby!

Feedback:

It was great to finally find a place that I can board my dog for daycare while I’m at work all day. The interview process was very professional and their website/app are very useful. Their app even lets you access the cameras in the facility to see your dog play all day. I used to take my dog to an amazing doggy daycare in St. Louis, and I wish Camp Bow Wow had some of the same amenities. The daycare in St. Louis was open 24/7, making pick-up and drop-off very convenient if I were leaving early for work or running late to pick my dog up. I also wish the yards at Camp Bow Wow were a tad bigger. Watching the cameras, it doesn’t look like the dogs have a lot of space to even run around. They mostly just mosey about. Still a great facility, just a few things I miss from our old doggy daycare.

Feedback:

We love the people and how much love they give to our pup. It also is a GREAT way for our pup to get out energy and be happy.

Feedback:

I was so excited and my first impression was great. However I left my dogs for boarding because we went on a family trip. Let it be known that I am a crazy dog mom! I foster dogs to save lives, especially dogs with extra needs, to work with them and find them a nice family. (My family and I do this solely out of kindness, to help save pups, and a few kittens.) My dogs are great with new dogs and only react if another dog is hurting or threatening them. When we checked the web cams, one of my dogs was not ever in with the other dogs playing, I let it slide as I am in the animal profession myself and know things can happen. I continued to check the web cans, and started seeing behavior from one of their employees that was not ok!! She would spray a lot of the dogs with the hose even when I could see that they did not have any behavior that needed to be corrected. She then began to grab a few of the dogs by their collar, and picked them off of the ground in a violent manner. Knowing what that can do to a dog, even though my dog was no where to be found, I called to report what I had seen. The response I got was positive, I told the woman who answered the phone what I had seen, she said she would remove the employee and watch the footage for herself. Then began to tell me that there was no reason why my dog was not with the others that breakfast/interview had ran late and they were behind schedule. (**side note, she sounded terrifed**). My dog was placed with the others and the mean employee was removed. I checked back not even an hour later, my dog was gone again, and that employee was back!!! Abuse to an animal in any nature is NOT OK!! Especially working with them daily. If you go to Westminster camp, I would honestly beware! This is so scary. You better believe I ended our trip early, (my daughter 7th birthday), and we went to get our dogs. I paid my bill and left. Nothing ever said to me about what I had seen. We will not be returning, and knowing alot of people, that have animals, I will tell them to stay away!!!!!!

Feedback:

Great service and lots of play room for my dog.

Feedback:

We had tried a few doggy day cares but we really love Camp Bow Wow. We like their grooming service options. The watchful and caring staff gives us peace of mind that our dogs are in great hands. We really like that you can access their video camera to check on your dogs. I would highly recommend giving them a try.
