I recommended this shop to a friend for the install of a fifth wheel hitch. He went on my word to the Richmond location. That was today, he just called me because the fool at cap it Richmond, who took off his rear wheels (don't know why that was needed) didn't tighten the lug nuts and his wheel fell off the truck while towing a 16000 pound trailer/boat. It's now been 3 hours and he still hasn't got a tow because we live in a rural area. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP. They are neglectful and shoddy. Tomorrow we will see what they say about this situation and then I will post more about how they handle it or fail to. Well here's the update, capit Richmond says they didn't do anything wrong, they also say they have surveillance video of the install and that they won't show it unless there is a court case and it must be presented to a lawyer. The guy working there also said "would like me to take my clothes off for you too"? Very suspicious and unprofessional. They obviously made a big mistake and won't admit it. I'm so sorry I recommended this shop to a friend its very embarrassing.

Guy can't even get off his cellphone to even look @ my tire. Maybe don't offer full tire service if your employees can't even be bothered to help. Poor service from this Richmond location.
