Carmel took my husband home from NY Presbyterian-Weil Cornell on the Upper side on October 16, 2019. Carmel car service was great driving from NYC to Central NJ. Carmel car service offered me $10 to let everyone know how we felt about our drive home. I still.would give good reviews without the $10 as car in good condition and driver courteous and very good driver

Excellent service from midtown to JFK. On time pick up, and we were given a choice of using toll roads or not. Very easy to book through the app. Highly recommended.

I rarely write reviews but I’m being offered a gift of $10 to use with Carmel to do this so it’s definitely a motivator. I have used Carmel many times to go to the airport and to places in the city. This morning I had a medical procedure and took Carmel to get there. The driver was prompt and extremely polite. He got me to my destination quickly and easily. This has always been my experience with Carmel. And the use an app to avoid traffic. Very positive experience!

I am a native NYer who has been using cars and cabs as long as I can remember. My experience with Carmel has consistently been superb. This last trip, recovering from surgery, proved how exceptional they are. The driver, after stowing my rollator, drove so expertly, that I felt no discomfort. While I am being compensated for a good review, that has no bearing on my praise. I have been a long term client of Carmel because of their quality of service.

Can I do less than one star? Awful. Called six times. Always on hold. Driver a few minutes away for 40 minutes. Got a Lyft in 40 seconds. No apology from Carmel. Nothing.

Iwill get $10 back on my next trip from Carmel ... but that is irrelevant ... the car was on time he called to let me know the car was clean and no strange odors the driver was friendly and knew how to get out of Manhattan fast and safe !
