This place is absolutely awful. I scheduled an appointment between 12-2. I got a call that morning asking to switch the appointment to the next day. I said no thanks, I’ll just find someone else. They said, no it’s fine, we will make it work. Then I got a call that they could come 11-1. I came home from work 11-1. At 1:15, 15 minutes after the scheduled arrival time, I got a call saying that someone would be at my house between an hour and an hour and a half later. I said don’t bother. I called the main number and no one seemed to care about the poor service I had received. They just hung up the phone as quickly as possible. Do NOT use this company.

Previous to my buying it, my house was a rental. The carpets needed super cleaning to be refreshed. These guys arrived on-time, were polite and friendly throughout the entire cleaning process. Mike, the technician, was really professional. He even found some pet toys which were ’hidden’ under the furniture. Visible difference!

What to say about these people: masters of their crafts. When we purchased our flat, we got in it a 10-year old carpet which was in a good condition, but there were a couple of visible stains. These guys just helped us make our place feel much clearner and somehow a lot fresher. My wife and I are super excited to keep in touch with them in the future.

They cleaned 5 rooms, hallway, steers and two area rugs. First, I like the fact they are punctual and communicative, also they met all my schedule needs. Second, they give me very accurate estimate quotes (I had bad experience with different cleaners before). They did excellent job. They got all the stains out of my living room carpet. Now, carpet in my house looks brand new, feels soft and fresh. There are no better cleaners in the area (believe me, I know). I will use their services again and I highly recommend them to everyone!
