McLaren Auto was great for us. Our vehicle was hit and run and AAA recommended us to them. They provided fair pricing, did great body work, fixed all the dents. Would recommend to anyone who needs work done on their car!

Went in because my driver side window was not working and wouldn't go up. They checked it out and told me what was wrong with it. I worked with Dustin, and he was beyond helpful. I needed a piece replaced that they did not have in stock. They were up front and told me how much everything would be. Gave me the option to order the oem part or the after market one and gave me quotes on both, they told me that the after market would be less expensive but I chose to go with the oem because I've already had bad experiences with aftermarket parts. (Not at this shop.) We ordered the parts and made the appointment. They were awesome enough to duct-tape the window closed while we waited for the part to get there! (Which would not have taken long, but i went in on Friday morning and they close on the weekends.) The first visit (when they told me what I needed) i was not charged anything. The appointment we had made ended up not working for me and I called and they were very helpful in rescheduling for me. I went in on my next appointment day and they fixed it up for us and charged exactly what they had quoted. They even gave the car a good wash! (Of course they asked first if I wanted to wait a little more to get that done.) I was thinking they were going to charge something for that, and I would have been more than ok with that( my car really needed it) but it was complimentary! Overall, great great experience. Will definitely be coming back whenever the car needs something. Super clean and modern facilities and great staff.

Over due review. They do not honor their warranty on paint jobs with out receipt! They were able to find all the info on their system and even printed it out... then they say I need the reciept.I don't have it so they'll have the owner call me.. He never did so I called back weekly, each time I called they will give me the run arounds, put me on hold for awhile then tell me they'll get back to me...After 3 years the paint was faded and flaking off until you can see the metal. This was a $3000+ job..

Been here 3 times between our two cars in the last year. Best experience at an auto body shop in my life. Quality work, AAA preferred, excellent prices, and they keep their promises. Their Yelp reviews will tell you the same story.
