Client Review on Carter’s My Plumber
Feedback:
I will not be using Carter's My Plumber again. They know why and once I spoke with Lisa Carter she tried to accommodate me. Long story short do not ever buy a tankless water heater unless you have a water softener!!! Was told a water softener was not necessary and that they have installed thousands of them with no problems! Found out later that was a big lie!! Towards the end they were at my house 18 times in 18 months. Many cold showers in that time frame. They did install a water softener for me which was initially hooked to the cold water (luckily I did not water my flowers or grass, otherwise they would have all died!). Then Joedy lied to me again and said it was his fault that the installer was told incorrectly. Big Lie! I was here when he spoke to the installer I heard the conversation. The installer came back out and apologized which I appreciated! He owned up to his mistake instead of lying to me. Once Lisa Carter called me she did apologize and agreed I had a right to be upset. However in the future I'll be using another plumbing company.
