I contacted real estate agent AMANDA KAY on zillow regarding a townhome that was for rent. I inquired if she had any 2 bedroom townhomes available, and she told me no. I informed her that, I was interested in a townhome as the one, I was inquiring about. I also told her that the townhome was out of my price range, and to big for me. I wanted a smaller townhome, and she asked me what was my price range. When I told her my maximum price range was $2000.00 she STOPPED responding to me. Instead of replying back she could'nt be of any assistance, or that price range was to low. She literally didn't respond back to me period like that was to low of a cost for a townhome. First off, These townhomes are all WAY OVER PRICED which is ridiculous in atlanta, and I didn't appreciate how she handled my inquiry. I can tell she is money hungry, could careless about potential customers, and unless you're trying to spend THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS for a RENTAL PROPERTY. She will NOT ASSIST YOU, and this is poor customer service. She does not represent the brand name of Keller Williams well at all.
