I usually love the Warehouse and have been picking up shirts from them since they first opened. But I just had a really poor customer service experience that has me happy to take my business to places like Aggieland outfitters. The gentleman at the register was incredibly rude to my mom, acted like it was inconvenient for him to check her out at the register, scoffed at her when she asked about checking her ID like her credit card requests telling her “we don’t have to do that”, and then tossing the bag of shirts she bought at her when he was done. The young lady I had checking me out at the same time was kind and friendly, however that doesn’t make up for this gentleman’s poor attitude and rapport with customers. Please speak with him about how this is a poor representation of himself, your company, and being an Aggie (if he even is one).
