Truly believe they are taking advantage of people that want the best for their pups. I wanted to try them out by having my dogs board there while I was away. They required that I bring the dogs for 3 days of day care and commit to a once a week daycare there after. They claim its because they have to make sure your pup is comfortable and the handlers are comfortable. The once a week commitment is to keep them familiar with the facility. I truly believe this is their way of ripping you off. Dogs have memory and can totally recall situations. There is no need to pay for day care once a week to keep them familiar with the staff and facility. I could understand a one day visit prior to arriving for their stay but three days is just another way to get more money. I had heard they were all about the money and this confirms it. Although little cheaper than other facilities, they get more by adding these "extra's " on. Not a good place to put your pups, its all about the money and not your dog. Try Pet Lodge or Barkers, both great places without all the terms and they love the animals.
