We had gone at the recommendation of one of our friend. My friend was feeling pukish hence requested politely to a lovely man sitting at the counter to either reduce the volume or shut the music system for a while. We had travelled from one end of Bangalore to spend a whole day to eat, work and hold a meeting from the place. After my friend used washroom and tried settling down, she felt nauseated more and decided she needed to take a walk and maybe come back here or settle some other place. We couldn't find anyone at the counter so we walked out as she badly needed to walk and recover.As we go down to decide on our next move, the lady owner gives us a hearing for not being educated or to learn manner. We wish her peace and hope whatever was irking her calms her down.She asked us to never return to the Cafe. And we wish her peace still. Wish there was a better way of conveying her emotions whatever the case rather than schooling or teaching. We were customers and not her kids to be scolded. Sometimes customers change their mind due to personal reasons and it should not leave them with a bad feeling in the mouth.It's a beautiful place but services can be more than okay. We want to feel welcomed and not chided.And rest kept aside, no one comes to either cheat or belittle a cafe or anyone handling it. Compassion can be the way and not anger or rudeness.
