We tried to order their monthly special, it felt like it took 10 minutes on the phone to put the order in. The guy we spoke to kept putting in the order wrong; larger sizes, etc. We thought we got the order right even though it was still kind of expensive, but when we got the pizza one was the wrong crust and the other was the specialty frickle pickle pizza and not the one-topping frickle pickle pizza (which explains why it was more expensive). We mentioned the special multiple times so there should have been no confusion. We had to pay more than we wanted and eat a pizza we didn't want.
