RE: Allentown Customer Service (1935 S. 4th Street) for a family of 8After a Saturday--6/9/18 outing with my children, I suggested we go to Checkers while in Allentown. (The Checkers I usually go to is in Chester, Pa near the school were I teach).First, we parked and sat down in the outdoor eating area. We soon found out, the front end was closed and to buy food we had to get back in car and go thru the drive-thru. The outside of the restaurant was extremely nasty, messy, dirty and had many bags of trash piled outside all around the building. Second, we started our order and I informed him that we were using coupons- Mike (Shift Manager) informed me that his manager stated that only 2 coupons per car could be used!I then informed him that we are in a mini van and I don’t have another car to split my order for eight people. My husband asked- who was the General manager. Mike then informed us that the manager quit, and he didn’t know who his manager was because he thought they quit as well. He was unaware of who was in charge and didn’t know anything about General Managers, District Managers, or anything about the corporation management. Finally, I asked for the fourth time- could he make an exception because we had 6 kids (2 adults) in the car and Mike replied with a strong, “NO”! When we looked inside the dimly lit restaurant, the place was a completely messy and disgusting. There were dried spills all over the place, open uncooked food and trash lying around. Ultimately, we did not buy anything from this Checkers! This store was unsanitary, poor service, and poorly operated. This was a totally unpleasant experience for us as customers. Snyder Family

I have waited for my food on three occasions for far too long. Sometimes 10 min,sometimes longer. Only to get the wrong order. Store #6307. I refuse to eat checkers anymore. I was told by management that “ sometimes it just takes us longer then other checkers” like what does that even mean!

For the third time now I have stood in the front of the store for 10 minutes and watched the employees look at me and pay me no mind all the employees are black and I am white I feel like this was a racist thing because this is the third time they have done it to me

3009 W. Vine St., Kissimmee, FL..please train employees how to make French fries. This location need attention. The wait time at walk up window is way to long to take order and the French fries are the worst since this new store opened. Fries are always soggy and loaded with oil...not crispy at all. I would not even call them fries, but a container of oil. I love checkers and this location is the worst of the ones in Kissimmee. 5 different vsit at five different times during the day and the fries are bad every time...please look into this

Sad and pathetic are my thoughts for the night crew...how do you get a attitude because I found a piece of plastic in my sandwich? I'm livid about the situation because I had ate half of the sandwich already...I should sue them.
