I have used Chem-Dry years ago so I thought I’d try them again. I called on Wednesday and them scheduled me for Thursday. So great prompt service. Great results for my carpet. I called a week on the following Tuesday because there was a dark small area after my carpet dried that kept getting bigger. I called and they came back on Wednesday. Great service. Best part of the whole experience was JOE A. Great customer service. So personable. Had me laughing and had a great time...most carpet cleaning companies send their technicians out they are get done get out and really don’t care if your happy. Joe moved our ottoman that I can’t move by myself. I couldn’t believe it. JOE I thank you!! When I call again I definitely will ask for Joe to come 😃
