Client Review on Chronic Tacos

On March 25, 2016 at 1:45 p.m. I visited the Chronic Tacos in Costa Mesa. You can imagine my surprise when I bit into my Carnitas Taco only to discover there was a dime in the pork. Although I was taken aback, I did not say anything. There were a number of folks in the restaurant and I didn't want to make a scene. What I did do, is write to Chronic Tacos to make sure they were aware of this incident. The Director of Operations, I presume from this corporate office, did reply with his apology and even offered to send me a gift card, which I thought was very nice of him. Well it has been over six weeks and guess what NO GIFT CARD ever arrived. So I guess this will be one place I will never frequent again. No class, no professionalism. Pretty tacky if you ask me. They were clearly at fault and made no amends!
