I had nightmare of experience with a Manager named Aracelis out of Trumbull, Connecricut, Westfield Mall over 6.79 refund. She was rude in front of a minor, who was my daughter, she refused to provide me with information of the District Manager and stated she was the owner of the Franchise, further checking she's is not the owner. Best of all as I walked away to get a security ,she was yelling across very loud some negative and racial remarks. At this time, I will persue at a higher level for not getting my refund back that she refused to provide proof.Security was called!! Hope to here a positive answer from headquarters regarding the matter..
