Facility - It is a 2-story facility with kickboxing on the first floor and the gym on the second. The gym is might not be not look massive at first due to its shape, but it has plenty of cardio equipment and old school weight lifting machines. Best part is that it is never overcrowded.Location - Just moved to Jersey Heights and since I don't have a car, I chose this gym. It is pretty close to the light rail station.Owners - The owners are really pleasant people. They quite literally greet me every single day that I go to the gym.
