I have been attending classes at CKO Kickboxing for almost two year now. Before that, I had never really found any workout program I enjoyed. This is really a fun, full body workout that is easy to keep coming back to. You can adjust each class based on your own skill level and the instruction is fantastic. I would recommend it to anyone looking to find a daily workout routine.
